I said I wasn't going to do it . . . . I was wrong. I managed it in a day-SHOCK HORROR!
i'm really pleased with this. It was painted using ink, with a tiny bit of watered down tea added for the background texture ,and some salt for texture as well. I used this middle portion of an A2 paper
The dragons were inspired by the art of =iella , `hibbary and *LilleahWest
The theme Good vs Evil usually entails two beings battling it out. I wanted to show that for Good, the real victory is saving a soul from evil.For evil, the only victory is a fight to the death-and its never a fair fight. The image shows a narrow escape from the claws of evil, as good races away from the danger to heal wounds and tend to the soul.
